Booking Policy:
Payment can be made by banking deposit or DOC. 50% upon booking and 50% at check in or check out.
NOTE: Only after confirmation of payment by e-mail your reservation is guaranteed and confirmed.
Cancellation policy:
* Low Season - Cancellations up to 15 days before arrival will be charged 10% of the amount of reservation. 15 days preceding the date of entry, shall be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
* High season - Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will be charged 10% of the amount of reservation. 30 days preceding the date of entry, shall be refunded 50% of the amount paid.
* Packages (New Year and Carnival) - Cancellations made 60 days before entry will be charged 10% of the reservation. 60 days preceding the date of entry, shall be refunded 50% of the amount paid. 30 days preceding the date of the package there will be no refund of the purchase price.
* Will be deducted the value of DOC
